KIM OVERGAARD JOINS SUGAR LAND HEALTH CENTER

Kim Overgaard, a licensed physical therapist, joined the Sugar Land Health Center in July 2008.  She has been practicing in her specialty since 1992.  Kim gives each of her patients a comprehensive evaluation and once completed,develops an individualized plan for each, customized to their specific need.  Those who benefit from her expertise are patients with pain, balance problems, sports or vocational injuries, range of motion restrictions, lifting, squatting, functional issues, strength deficits and issues following surgeries.

Our patients have frequently commented that, "Kim thinks outside the box" and actively works to understand the "big picture" including each patient's expectations and goals.  She discusses with the patient what may have triggered or exacerbated the problem, and works with the patients to understand the cause of their pain.
